Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a sponsored Athlete. At 16, she started competing in fitness competitions following her decision to quit gymnastics. The Pro Card was only awarded one year later, when she was the age of 17. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, model, as well as a sponsored athlete. At 16, she started taking part in fitness events following her decision to quit gymnastics. At the age of 17 years old, she earned her Pro Card one year later. She became one of the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel was able to take a break of six years from the stage after earning her Pro Card to complete her college studies. When she completed her college degree Ariel returned to the stage in 2015. She continued where she had left off in the previous contests including those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. Following her debut show was a success, she continued to compete throughout her career and setting more ambitious goals every year. She was awarded four more fitness championships by the close of the year. Additionally, her year 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champions made her one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pros in history. Following the Pro Card's award, Ariel took a six-year break from competitive sports to complete her degree at college. The IFBB Fitness Pro debut was at the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. They placed her third at the contest. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer 2016 and qualified for the Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage after three months, taking her place 6th within the Fitness Division. Ariel admits that she didn't have any expectation. The athlete was satisfied by her performance. She was up against the top athletes. Ariel's body continues to grow each year. Ariel likes working out her back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of single-arm pulldowns using lats, and pull-ups that are performed using a machine, along with bent-over rows. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving onto the work outs. Ariel is also very efficient when it comes to time management. Converting all the back exercises into three or four 10-12 rep supersets is what she does.
